There is a lift to this 2 bedroom flat that has uninterrupted sea views to the front and distant views of the south downs to the rear. The enclosed balcony is a sun trap and a perfect place to watch the world go by. The large lounge has a wall mounted TV and comfortable seating including two recliner armchairs as well as a glass coffee table and a console table with two chairs beside the window or dining for up to 6 people at the glass dining table. There is a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom, separate fully equipped kitchen, bath/shower room with WC and a separate WC. We recommend the flat for 4 people but it can accommodate 6 with two sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge.
Just across the road is the seafront promenade that stretches from the wake boarding and windsurf training in Hove Lagoon (https://www.lagoon.co.uk) all the way to Brighton Pier. (https://www.brightonpier.co.uk)
We are just across the road from the beach but if you intend to go swimming in the sea, please remember that all Brighton and Hove beaches are covered in pebbles so water shoes or flip flops will be a good idea unless you have cast iron feet!
The bus stops outside the flat and will take you into Hove restaurants in 5 minutes or Brighton town centre in 12 minutes. In the other direction to Shoreham-By Sea restaurants . Two new restaurants called Rockwater and Babble opened recently both just a couple of minutes walk along the promenade but you will need to book as both are very popular..
