「Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. 」

「Beautiful home that completely exceeded expectations. We stayed with 3 babies under 3 - there were toys, stuffies, a crib and pack-n-play, and a baby swing. Just down the road, there is a short walk with a beautiful vista, which was the longest distance we could have possibly done (0.65mi each way). I would absolutely come back here for more fall weekends! Perfect for young families. The only risk is there is a staircase - would bring a baby gate next time.」

「The house is perfect for a foursome buddy trip and Patrick was great to work with. Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!) we'll be utilizing the bbq and stocking the house with meats and produce from their Farm across the street.
