“This is not a hotel--not between 7 pm and 9 am. It is an essentially empty building with rooms in it. I was traveling through the area and Hradec Kralove was a good stopping point. This looked like a nice enough small hotel from the website. But when when I got there, there is no one there. I got an email the night before informing me of the dismal office hours and with instructions on how to access the room. I got a code to punch in.
