"7樓的櫃檯人員都非常的和善！報到寄放行李、詢問洗衣事宜、借用衣架、還有最後退房的時候還回贈了兩盒牛軋糖都非常感謝🙏對於我 們提出的問題都能夠一一回答！就連晚上想要看优酷微信櫃檯都能夠立即得到回覆與幫助！真的是要給一個讚！9樓的清潔姐姐們也非常的用心！雖然住宿的幾天不好意思每天都要姐姐們幫忙清潔…，所以在最後一天遺留了很多的頭髮在地上；但是入住的時候真的感受到非常乾淨的整潔度！雖然這次住的是城景不是海景，所以沒有體驗到海景的環境，但是熱情的人際環境也是挺不錯的"

我預訂時看到的相片是一房一廳的大床房. 而入住時酒店表明只是訂了大床一張的房間. 綱頁顯示的相片是套房. 我即時打電話給hotels.com, 得到的回復是相片由酒店提供, 不是他們的責任. 酒店回應曾有客人一樣的情況, 已向hotels.com反應, 但hotels.com 沒有更正相片, 所以不是酒店問題, 不能提供此套房住宿, 只能提升豪華房. 超級無耐! 如果不是因為套房, 我不會選擇此偏遠的住宿!
