「Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. 「We had a great stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect. 「Incredible scenery, tucked in between the mountains of Peru. Hugo has a wonderful home. Lots of space with a fenced in yard, swing set and cabana. We enjoyed every inch of the space. Full kitchen was great for cooking and eating dinner in. The cabana was warm and bright in the morning sun for having breakfast. Their distance from town is far enough way for a quiet night's sleep, and close enough to walk into town if you're feeling adventurous! Heated showers were a welcomed feature. 」

「The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. 」

"The hotel was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. Since the evenings in Cusco can be quite cold, we informed the staff, and they immediately brought us a portable heater—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also provides drinking water, complimentary drinks, and small cookies, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco! 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
