“Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!”

“Overrated and overpriced. Facility is outdated, staff very cutthroat and unfriendly. They don't tell you about the restaurants schedules or closures. Buffet place service slow employees look unhappy as if they didn't want to be there. Waiters won't even offer drinks at the pool area. One time I had to literally stop a waiter and asked for drinks and she never brought me the drinks. When I checked out they didn't bother asking for any feedback. They make me feel as if they were happy to see me……

“The room bay view was excellent, centric location, the breakfast and dinner were really good and the staff were very kind, the room was nice but the only bad thing was a humidity smell in it.”

“El lugar es ideal para ir en familia o en pareja tienen diferentes opciones para divertirse hay playas muy bellas y actividades todos los días lo único que recomiendo hacer justo al llegar es reservar todos los restaurantes para la cena ya que tienen cupo limitado y solo entras con reservación pero todos son espectaculares sobre todo Solarium”

“En general mi estancia fue excelente, solo que en mi habitación las tazas para café estaban con polvo. Otro punto es que la habitación dónde me hospedé (Habitación Junior), en el piso superior las maderas del piso hacían demasiado ruido, cada paso rechinaban demasiado; entiendo que no es algo que se pueda arreglar tan fácilmente, pero es una observación.”

“La playa esta cerca pero no tienr acceso directo. El hotel esta excelente, pero algo costoso para el beneficio. No tiene estacionamiento ni incluye desayuno ”

The staff was amazing and the food was really good with an extensive variety of dishes for all tastes, this is a family friendly property but has an adult pool. The beach is beautiful and clean, you can even see fish if you walk a little bit. Over all my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back with the family.”
