「The front desk male during check in was off putting and started our stay with skepticism, however or stay was pleasant the breakfast was good and I would recommend to friends and family」

「The room was the most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed. The room had a harsh odor of stale smoke and mildew. The only pleasant part was the customer service, they at least provided me with Febreeze air freshener spray. It didn’t work but they tried. The bath tub was not clean but the carpet was vacuumed. 」

「I've stayed at this hotel once a year since about 2010 and it has always been a pleasant stay. I have no complaints about the rooms I've stayed in or off the staff. Would stay there again.」

「Everything waa really nice and clean. Hotel wasn't even half full. Breakfast was good, nice variety. My only complaint was the mattress on the bed. It was not comfortable at all. We didn't get a good night's rest. Otherwise, everything was perfect for our one night stay. 」

「Breakfast seemed adequate. Room as quiet. Did not receive housekeeping services during the entire 1 week stay, even though I placed my dirty towels outside the door as I had seen others do. Turned the h eater on 1 morning to take the chill off, and it smelled really bad and set off the smoke detector. I was going to inform staff before leaving, but never saw anyone. A solid 2 1/2.」

「Amenities are minimal, breakfast was dismal. Room was comfortable except ac was really loud. Staff very friendly.」

「The front staff when we checked in were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint was that the window blinds automatic button were broken so we couldn’t fully close the window so the morning sun shined bright and our sheets felt damp-ish or they were very cold and the room was a little muggy. But other than that, everything was clean and tidy. 」

「The staff has consistently been friendly and courteous. Even though they don't know the whole story, we are in dire straits, and they have been accommodating to us at every turn. The room is quieter than expected right next to the interstate, and the building/property is kept in good order.」

「Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed.... There's more I should have been charged for the stay at all .. should of had a free night... More but I'm tired didn't sleep at all ... They...
