Cons: able to her noise from rooms below and next to our room, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, unable to make coffee or tea in room, only one small window in bedroom portion of our suite and very slippery bathtub.」

「We booked to stay in Hotel Santa Cruz for one night and had a nice stay. It was as described with welcoming staff. The location is good, close to free parking and easy to walk to restaurants and bars in town. We booked an economy room, which was indeed basic, but it was a very reasonable price so I am fine with that. The shower was hot and had very good water pressure. 」
