The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a car park close by and the town centre is an easy walk. Our room was clean and functional which is fine as this is a budget hotel. There was a strong smell in our room ( maybe damp?) that we mentioned to the staff. You adjusted to it in the room but when you’d been out and returned it was very noticeable. Hopefully they can get this fixed.

Great value stay in a great location. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and comfortable with a great shower and a comfortable mattress on the bed. We could not fault our stay at the Ibis. ( a great breakfast too )

This property is so perfectly siuated in Hull City centre it is a five minute walk to all transport links the train station Hull bus interchange taxi cabs and is situated minutes onto the main A63 road .You are already in the centre of Hull and are surrounded by all of the major department stores shops restaurants cafes bars nightclubs all within walking distance as are many of the local attractions. The Ibis rooms are spacious comfortable clean and have a great walk in shower with perfect complimentary toiletries and fluffy large toilets ,there is a good and varied food menu and the staff are great friendly helpfull and professional i will return

Clean and comfortable room - basic but had everything I needed. Friendly staff. The parking on Osborne Street is very handy and still incredibly cheap for a city centre for 24 hours.

The check-in was smooth and staff really friendly. However, when we got in the loft the hotel started to look dated and need of repair. When we got on the floor for our room there was a strange chemical smell, which didn't get better in the room. There was a big brown stain on the carpet and the room had a strange chemical smell. Staff were quick to move us and the room was better, but still dated. It is a shame as have stayed in Ibis hotels previously and had no problems.
