Returning Mission Team

This is our 2nd time renting this house to help with our Mission Team. We had 62 people and rented several homes in the neighborhood. Arturo is always super helpful and kind. He checked in during the week and we had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the house was perfect!

The house was great. Plenty of room for a family of 8 adults and a 2 month old baby! Very pretty and well taken care of. We didn't realize until we got there that it wasn't really beachfront. It is very close but not what we expected. Then hurricane Erin came through the day after we arrived and the beach was too covered with seaweed and the water was brown all week. So that was disappointing. We made do and found other beaches within an hours drive to enjoy. Loved the island and it's people. Loved old San Juan! Thanks Arturo!

Beautiful home close to the water

The property is spacious, well stocked with wonderful views of the water. Plenty of gathering spaces inside and out. Our group of eight women were very comfortable here and especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Caribbean Oasis. The home was as described and Arturo was very responsive. House kept very cool. Access to the grill was nice, especially in the absence of an oven. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach was also lovely.

Stunning Beach Home!

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning beach house! The home was beautifully decorated, with amazing artwork throughout that really gave it a unique, welcoming feel. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, which provided endless fun and relaxation. The host was incredibly cordial and responsive, ensuring that everything we needed was taken care of. Family vacation

The house is beautiful, roomy,and close to the beach. There was enough for 8 adults 1 teen and 1 infant. The accommodation was excellent. There was a crib high chair and pack and play for the baby. The location was good for grocery stores and local eateries. Big main attraction were a distance away. Which was fine for our needs

Magnificent Stay

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Arturo was wonderful to work with and has made his home feel like our home. The home is well maintained and has everything you could ever need for an unforgettable experience. The location is a slice of heaven on earth. Check in was smooth and everything was as planned. Great family time.

Your home was very lovely and clean, close to the beach, great pool and patio area, beautiful artwork, short walking distance to the trails at the nearby nature preserve, nice views from the second floor terrace and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time!

My best VRBO Experience

I’m not sure I can find all the right words to describe our holiday stay at Punta Santiago. Our family has been planning this trip for two years and poured over twenty Puerto Rican beach homes before selecting this one. We have no regrets. The host Arturo is responsive and knowledgeable. Palatial comfort & convenience

A castle on the sea with room for a small army. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities and conveniences including a huge kitchen and a beast of a gas grill. The private backyard is amazing, especially the pool. Would definitely stay again. Arturo is a gracious and helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. There was plenty of room to relax for our group of 7. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and gazebo with a grill. Our kids enjoyed boogie boarding in the ocean just steps from the house. Our host was very responsive & gave us great ideas on activities nearby & where to eat.

Amazing Location

Property was great. Local beach just steps away with boogie boards provided. Only megative was the outdoor tile at entrance and pool area was extremely slick when wet. Other than that, great host, love the neighborhood, and very easy process.

Great family vacation!

Arturo’s house has a great set up for groups made up of couples and families where everyone prefers to have their own space. It is just as advertised and pictured. I was there last week with my husband, 2 sons and their wives and 2 grandsons and everyone had more than enough room. The pool and outdoor covered area with seating was the highlight for us, and we spent many hours there after our daytime excursions and beach/snorkel trips.I have booked through VRBO many times, and have never encountered a more responsive host than Arturo. He was always available to answer questions and deal with minor issues immediately. (and no, I have no other association with him). Every email, text message and phone call to him over the course of the booking and the stay was answered quickly and efficiently and respectfully. If you’re thinking of booking, just do it and rest comfortably!

Multi generation family vacation

Spacious, comfortable and beachside. Our young children enjoyed the backyard pool and it's small waterfall. The Children's Museum in Old San Juan was a hit. Best day was spent snorkeling and swimming with the sea turtles on a private 4 hour boat with Carlos of Encanto Boat Tours. I do recommend booking excursions well in advance. We hesitated because of the forecasts and that was a mistake. You can book and then cancel 24 hours before if the forecast is bad.

Starfish Beach

Beach was3 minutes away. Found live sand dollars & starfish. Kids could have spent 24/7 out there. Gentle waves, few people, lovely sunrises. Upper deck on house looked out on beach & palm trees. We could sit there, without bugs, for breakfast & dinner. Comfortable beds, large kitchen, plenty of large gathering places for family. So many beautiful places to visit on island: Vieques, El Yunque were places we loved. Loquillo Humacao Food Truck were fun! Want to come back & would love to return to the same place.

Beautiful and Peaceful Home Away from Home

This was our peaceful oasis. We would wake up every morning to the beautiful sunshine and swim in the pool. The water was just perfect. The home was well stocked with all your needs. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs. It is centrally located to restaurants and the post office is right down the street in case you need to ship home when you overbuy like we did. I can't say enough about this home. It was very clean, well air conditioned, very well stocked. We would definitely stay again. Book this house - you won't be disappointed! Maria G.

Fantastic property/house/location

We were here for a family wedding. Not sure we would have ever come to PR but for the wedding; now I am frustrated I had never come to PR before. If you want to enjoy a stay in PR, stay here! The private pool, the virtually private beach steps away, the huge spacious home, the gorgeous view from the second floor terrazzo, the multiple AC units, the over-the-top accommodating owner, the authentic Puerto Rican restaurants in Punta Santiago and Nagaubo (try El Makito; you won’t regret it!), being sung to sleep by the Coqui frogs, the nearby nature preserve and rain forests, and most especially, the abundance of beach supplies ( don’t bring anything; if you have ever thought of needing something at the beach or pool, it is in the garage.) We VRBO a lot; this place surpasses ALL others.

Great stay!!!

Group of 8 (4 couples) on our annual couples trip. House was clean, very roomy, and well stocked. Besides the cable going out temporarily, the BIGGEST issue was the fourth bedroom NOT having a door. It looked as if beds were added to an open space. So not much privacy for one of the couples. The fourth bathroom is off the garage, near washers and dryers, as well. That was no big deal. The pool area was awesome! We appreciated the host sending all the suggestions for things to do. It was VERY helpful. Thanks for a great stay Arturo!
