“The staff were so kind and friendly! Picked us up and dropped us to the airport. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Each room is unique in its own way. It is a family run business and they are so kind. Thank you again!!”

“What was unique about this place is the staff, spechially Tiffany. She helped us alot during our stay.”

“Helpful staff with itineraries. Shoutout to Anne who organised this on arrival”

“We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff……

“La foto no es la real, no es la foto del hotel”

“Gorgeous property have stayed here twice already:) super close to the national park. most staff is v helpful and professional. Yummy food. Perfect views. Love the pool. It’s in the woods so expect some insects but totally understandable. ”

“The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. The room cost was triple the price. They sent us to a different location pretty far and without the view we reserved. They offered breakfast and different amenities without given any. We reserved the hotel because of the view of the falls and they sent us to a different hotel. I will not recommend at all. Right now we……

“I had received great service and extra help from one of the front counter host, named "Iris" at this hotel. Iris constantly survey the lobby area to see if any guest wuld need help and she tides up the front hotel area keeping it clean when she is not working at the front guest counter. When I was having eSIM and phone trouble unable to connect to connect to DiDI or Alispay, she came over and offered her help to set my phone up to correct WiFi and Data Roaming settings. She also helped me to……

“We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Serenity Hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again! Mountain view from bed every morning was a big plus ! Taxi was never a problem. Only few minutes to wait every time.”

“This is a very good B&B. You can taste the local specialties, and the housekeeper is very attentive and considerate. The environment of the B&B is very beautiful. You can see the whole mountain view from the room, and there are many cats and dogs, which are very cute. Highly recommended!”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite……

“We had a difficult time locating the hotel due to the name confusion. On Expedia it is known as King Maker Grand but the Didi app recognized it as Hautian Hotel. This hotel is in a great location with stores and dining options available near by. The staff was very nice and always available. We picked the Superior double room, balcony, city view. The balcony was not accessible to us, city view but no real access to the balcony (just fyi). The restaurants were also a great option to have, we……
