“My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff……

“This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my entire trip to China and the spots I stayed at before this were all 4-5 star hotels. This place was just so cozy it had such a homey feel. The rooms were super clean, there was attention to detail like restocking water in the room everyday and the best thing was the staff. The girl at the front Jojo or 周燏嫣 was so helpful and kind. She was super knowledgeable about all the parks and went out of her way to help us map out the route for each park and……

“Clean, comfortable and good location. We were 15-20 min walk from the east gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The hotel included breakfast, lots of options but less if you do not eat pork (you have have eggs, some breads, salad, cereals, noodles, fruit /veggies). Staff in the laundry room were so kind, I appreciated their help with the washing. There are also snacks in the lobby. After a long day of hiking in 30 degrees, a little icecream bar was what I needed. Thank you to the staff, everyone was……

“所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員”
