“需要住4晚，轻松游张家界，所以很仔细地挑选酒店。没有让我失望，这是非常棒的酒店，位置好极了，就在森林公园东门门口，公园出口紧挨酒店，所以每天出入公园几乎不怎么用走。酒店附近500米以内有很多很好的歺馆，小超市，是个超级方便的地方。酒店是个封闭式中式风格院落，非常安静安全，客房设计新颖别致，禅艺风格，智能化控制，非常方便。早歺丰富好吃，全面管家式服务，酒店每一个人，从店长，前台，到歺厅吧台，客房，都服务周到真诚，让人真的有宾至如归之感觉。价格虽有些小贵，但是下次来张家界，这里仍然是我的首选，也真心推荐给其他朋友，张家界国家森林公园最佳位置酒店，没有之一。”

“My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff……

“Gorgeous property have stayed here twice already:) super close to the national park. most staff is v helpful and professional. Yummy food. Perfect views. Love the pool. It’s in the woods so expect some insects but totally understandable. ”

“The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. The room cost was triple the price. They sent us to a different location pretty far and without the view we reserved. They offered breakfast and different amenities without given any. We reserved the hotel because of the view of the falls and they sent us to a different hotel. I will not recommend at all. Right now we……

“Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Lage wirklich top. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man sollte nur wissen, dass der Frühstücksraum sehr voll sein kann zur Hauptzeit, weshalb man dann nicht essen kann. Wenn man Tickets für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit hat, sollte man also Puffer einplanen. Ansonsten war das Personal extrem hilfsbereit. Wir möchten uns vor allem bei Iris und Coco für ihre Mühen bedanken.”

“所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員”

“This is a very good B&B. You can taste the local specialties, and the housekeeper is very attentive and considerate. The environment of the B&B is very beautiful. You can see the whole mountain view from the room, and there are many cats and dogs, which are very cute. Highly recommended!”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite……
