"Outside of school holidays, so very quiet and peaceful. Friendly people to talk to, though and someone told me how to access the cliff top walk to Hunmanby Gap which was a great walk to the beach cafe for breakfast, even when the tide was up. Lovely clean, comfortable, bright and cheerful house."
