Great location. The hotel like older hotels is a little more worn down but perfectly fine and comfortable, especially for the price. It has a great location, close to the beach and a nice little area with a bar and pizza. Food in the restaurant was good. Stayed in the height of summer so the room does not have air con, but I imagine when not in a heat wave it would have been fine.

Nice hotel, very well situated with rare westerly view over sea (sunsets, not common on east coast), very near reliable coastal bus route, good restaurant, well-kept local beer in hotel's pub. Recommended.

Bedrooms were a little bit dated. Bathrooms were refurbished. Very nice. Could’ve been a little bit cleaner coffee stains on the wall. Staff were very helpful. The Dune bar could’ve done with small staff. They were rushed off their feet.

Stayed one night with breakfast. It's a traditional hotel right on the beach. Our room was good but a tad noisy because of a generator outside. Breakfast was expensive. Perhaps go to have that at cafe next door. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Everything was great apart from the musical entertainment on Saturday afternoon/evening which Expedia didn't warn us about and which was very intrusive. We cancelled our booking in the restaurant and went to Hunstanton to escape the constant noise. A shame because we would otherwise recommend the hotel very highly.
