「The Loft is an amazing stay in a great part of Greenville. We will def be back!」

「Host was courteous and accommodating. Room was small but what I required. Room was clean and pleasant and location was close to my objective.」

「Great location and very close to downtown Van Alstyne and the property was close to our family that we were visiting. The property was clean, quiet and very spacious and provided what we needed during our stay. Bathroom has a nice size walk-in shower and the bed in the full bedroom was very comfortable. We had a couple minor issues during our stay which were resolved quickly by our host. We would recommend this property to others and we would consider staying again at the property in the future.」

「Clean and up to date amenities perfect for two people! Host is very responsive. Area is quiet but still close enough to downtown for eating/activities. Would stay here again!」

「I stayed here for my daughter’s birthday and it was wonderful」

Informed landing, no person came to fix. Could not use big balcony. Amenities are very good. Location is perfect for us as a family of four. Size of apartment is perfect.」

「From booking to arrival all was so easy, listing very accurate and exceptional communication. The host made it a very inviting upon arrival and took extra steps to leave fresh remarkable eggs for breakfast. Our stay was very comforting and peaceful but yet not too far from town for restaurants and shopping! Looking forward to going back! Very serene!」

「Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with us! We had a great time at First Monday despite the rain and were so appreciative to come back to a safe & welcoming place to stay.」

「The stay was very comfortable for me and my two kids (7 and 11). There were a few things though that I did not like…. 1. I was sent a second payment request after booking for the set price ( I have never had this happen before when booking so I was highly upset about that but Ms. Carolyn waived it for me); I don’t like surprises like that especially when it comes to my money.
