"Excellent location, just a short walk to marina. Very helpful staffs, kids loved swimming pool, though outdoor spa was not warm. Plenty of free parking available. Full kitchenette. Living area was bit small but manageable. No housekeeping during the stay. Overall it was an enjoyable stay."

"Room is clean, staff friendly. However, the mattress is not that comfortable. The wall between rooms are thin. The next door young couples made loud noise, terrible. The room's fridge is loud too, power on and off the whole night. Backyard does have a nice lake view."
Best Western Plus Apollo Hotel Newcastle

"Very nice, well maintained. Improvements needed on the breakfast supplied. The hot food left alot to be desired but easily fixed Scrambled egg, had a green tinge because the eggs had been in the warmer to long. This is rectified by replacing the eggs every hour. I observed the kitchen staff pouring new hot food on top of the old product. This would be more professional if the complete dish was removed from the warmer and replaced with the new dish containing the new product."
