Spacious Fun Bright Private Condo Near Beach

With over 1600 square feet, you wont be crowded here. A spacious and open floor plan makes this first floor single level feel large and private. There is comfortable leather sofa and loveseat, coffee table, and 46' plasma with 200 premium cable channels in the living room. The dining room seats 8 and the large kitchen, with counter seating for 4, has everything you need to cook your meals at home and save on dining out. Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds: Master with king bed and private shower/tub combination, second bedroom with queen bed. The spacious third bedroom has a queen bed, full bed, closet, dresser, and once again, TV/DVD. Tiled floors throughout the house except for one bedroom, which has wood floors. Hardly anyone around makes this affordable vacation home feel more like a home. Easy walk, 15 to 20 minutes, or bike to the beach and Main Street. Close to shopping centers with supermarkets, restaurants and more. This is your home away from home.


Visitors seeking the California dream of beach, sun and entertainment need look no further. Huntington Beach is best known for its sandy beaches, sun, and surf. Take sunset walks on the famous Huntington Beach pier and watch world class surfing as you enjoy a burger at Ruby's Diner located at the end of the pier. Surf City Main Street offers a variety of restaurants and shops. Every Tuesday and Friday, enjoy farmers market on Main Street. Weekends are filled with surfing contests, concerts and bazaars. Take a surfing lesson, or swim or boogie board. You can jog, bike, roller-blade or walk along a paved 25 mile strip that parallels the coastline and connects Huntington Beach to Newport beach on the south and Sunset Beach on the north. Drive south on PCH, and in minutes you are in Newport Beach with Fashion Island (shopping paradise), and Balboa Island. Want more shopping, head to famous South Coast Plaza, just minutes away.

Centrally located in beautiful Huntington Beach, our home is close to 405, 605, and 22 freeways. A short driving distance to world famous Laguna Beach, Disneyland, California Adventure, Knotts Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium and Queen Mary. Under one hour drive, and you are in Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica.

It was amazing. We had a great time in Gina’s property. The house was very clean, spacious, quiet and decorated in beach theme(Pics need to be updated) Very close to the beach- beach gear provided, and Disneyland was barely 25 min away. Host was very easy to work with. Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time at Gina‘s condo. It was very clean, spacious and bright, just as advertised. It was stocked with everything we could imagine. Location was perfect.. Cheap Uber to the beach and downtown when we didn’t feel like driving. A very short distance to Disney. Gina is such a sweet lady. Thank you Gina for a fantastic stay. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and other things to do as well. The house was incredibly clean and quiet. Gina was easy to contact and work with. Umbrellas, chairs, and coolers were there to make our beach time easier. A very wonderful place to stay!

What a beautiful and gorgeous little vacation home. We have enjoyed our 5 night stay very much. The place is super clean and the beds are super comfortable. We got a lot of sight seeing done around town in just a few days. I can highly recommend a stay here and it’s has been such a pleasure working with Gina. Thank you so much again for everything.

Stayed here with our family of 5. Beaches were close as were lots of restaurants. Bonus that gas was quite reasonable in this area. Communication with the owner was great; very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to make a thanksgiving dinner and other meals. The beds were comfortable and the living room and dining room were nice. We liked that the whole house is fenced in and secluded so we never saw any neighbors. There is someone who lives above part of the house but we only heard them once and it was not loud. It's a nice little house and we would stay here again given the very reasonable comparative cost.
