Surf City/Sunset Beach Condo

Relax in your non-smoking one bedroom condo in Huntington Beach. Enjoy surfing, kayaking, sailing, biking, swimming and fishing nearby. The condo is equipped with 2 SMART TVs with DVD players, wifi, gas BBQ, patio, Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel furniture, linens, pots & pans and more! Borrow our California State Park pass provided so you may park your own vehicle at Bolsa Chica State Park free of charge! This first floor property contains shutters, a gas fireplace, queen sized bed with ceiling fan, bathroom with quartz top double vanity, full sized sleeper-sofa, new quartz kitchen countertops with stainless steel sink, new appliances, full size stacked washer/dryer, access to pool with jacuzzi, and one secure underground parking space (with elevator). Walk (15 min), bike or ride bus to the beach. Close to Bolsa Chica Wetlands and Bolsa Chica State Beach (2 minute drive), shopping (Trader Joe's, Albertson's, Ralph's & Mother’s Market) as well as restaurants (Red Table, The Hang Out, Super Mex, Harbor House, Captain Jack's, Pelican Isle, Riip Brewery, Starbucks, Subway, McDonald's, etc.) in Huntington Harbor and Sunset Beach. Pets considered. NO NIGHTLY OR WEEKLY RENTALS PLEASE.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom condo with all the amenities we expected, used and enjoyed. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants, beach path for walking and bike riding and lots to do. The checkin in was easy and parking onsite plentiful with assigned garage space. Many great parks in the area to take our dog to, as well! Bonus was a Trader Joe’s right across the street!

This property has it all...spacious condo with all of the appointments you could ever need! Feels like a home away from home in beautiful Huntington Beach, CA! Pet and People friendly, a well-maintained facility with ample parking and a pool and spa to relax after a long day at work or at play! Nearby shops, restaurants, and beach access made it a fabulous location!!! You will love your stay at this beautiful condo!

Winter retreat

The condo is exactly as pictured, cozy cute and in great condition. The location could not be better. Close for shopping, restaurants and don’t forget the beach, although this time of year it’s a bit cold to get in. Still lovely to walk on sand along beach and my lovely host, Tori, even included a beach pass! And beach towels! A few minor things came up that needed to be taken care of and she responded quickly to take care of any issue. Tori is a very hands on host and it shows in the condition of the condo and the ease that any issues were resolved. I’ve used VRBO a lot and this was my most pleasurable stay. I’ll be back!

Escape from the Minnesota Tundra

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent with a shopping area 2 blocks away that included a Trader Joes and other specialty shops. The area was friendly for walking. The unit was comfortable and quiet. The only real inconveniences we having to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom and the dining chairs we a bit uncomfortable but that did NOT take away from the stay, just our opinion. The real problem was the fact that the dryer worked intermittently and at the end made our finishing exit cleaning very long and difficult. We contacted the owner and she responded very appreciative of the notification. In summary, this was just fine for up to 4 people with the minor inconvenience as stated but I would recommend this to family and friends especially if just a couple are looking to get away from our cold Minnesota winters. Holiday at Huntington Harbour

Very nice one bedroom apartment in a quiet complex near Huntington Harbour. Friendly neighbours and a host who acted very quickly when we had a problem or needed assistance. All in all a very enjoyable 7 week stay.

Walking distance to the Bolsa Chica wetlands. We enjoyed several hikes there. Also a very short drive to Sunset Beach. Several nice restaurants across the street as well as a Trader Joes.

Very cozy place to stay and great location from beach to store locations

Huntington Beach Cottage offers adorable, cozy and roomy space that is situated in a walkable location with every convenience needed. This host lives up to her "super host" name because her abode offers every comfort imaginable to her guests. Her responsiveness and communication is hands down the best that I have encountered. We cannot say enough positive things about this experience and can't wait until we can come back or another stay. A+++ and a million stars.

Amazing location. Grocery stores, gas station, restaurants, etc. are all within walking distance. Only 1 mile from the waves. The condo itself has everything you need for a long term stay. Only downside was the amount of maintenance work being done on the property which Tori had disclosed to me ahead of time. Would stay again.

Nice condo

This is a cute condo in a complex 1 mile from the beach. The complex is newly renovated so it looks nice and everyone was super friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and kept up. The condo is comfortable and perfect for two people. We didn't hear the neighbors much and the complex itself is pretty quiet and on the shady side of the complex. It's across the street from a gas station and a shopping center that has some great restaurants and Trader Joe's, which is fabulous. The local people in the area are so friendly and we felt very comfortable taking late late-night walks with our dog. I would recommend bringing your spices and cooking comforts from home if you like to cook.

The condo was in a nice location and had great amenities. We especially enjoyed the patio area and the friendly neighbors. We stayed there for 2 months while relocating and felt very much at home .

Great place to stay

I loved everything about this property. It was close to so many places. I could walk across the street to Trader Joe’s. It was 5 minutes to the beach and the owner even included a beach pass. It was very quiet and the place was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. I would rent it again.

We had an extended stay for this condo and it was wonderful. The furniture is so comfortable. The property is filled with great people, friendly neighbors. This condo includes everything you would need for your stay and then some-lots of linens, towels, kitchen supplies. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, trail, state beach. Drive to Huntington Beach. Recommend!
