This resort-style community offers incredible amenities, including a lazy river, waterslide, sports pool, pickleball courts (coming in 2026), and a hot tub, making it ideal for guests of all ages. Conveniently located near Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, and Quail Creek, Terra is the perfect base for exploring Southern Utah’s breathtaking landscapes. With fun and convenience at every turn, Terra is your ultimate vacation destination. You also have access to Coral Springs Resort which offers heated indoor/outdoor pools and spas, a clubhouse featuring a fitness center and lounge, as well as outdoor tennis and basketball courts!

PARKING: Terra offers ample community parking along with designated toy parking for boats, side by sides, RVs, and more.

Beautiful place

We loved the stay. The place was very clean and super nice. The only downfall was the stairs. Carrying all the luggage up 3 stories of stairs. The pool was awesome. The kids really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It was very clean & organized. We had some difficulty with the keypad getting in & locking it to get out, but I’m sure the management company will look into it after we checked out. We loved the furniture. The management company & owners were very responsive. Definitely would recommend this condo to others passing through St. George.

The place was great, the only things that were inconvenient were the main bedroom could hear the nearby freeway and e could not use the grill. Otherwise the place was great and well equipped.

Amazing place and pool

First of all the condo is beautiful and clean! The pool was so fun, clean and amazing! We loved that part of our stay! Just know that this is a third floor unit and there is no elevator! We have a 31 year old disabled son and to walk him and all our stuff up the stairs was a lot!!! The traffic was also very loud from the highway. We were on an end unit and so we had no obstruction to the highway noise! So nights were hard! The beds were great and we loved the style of the condo. Would stay again if it was just us! The property manager was great and tried to get us a different unit but they were all booked!
