「The room we were given, the AC wasn't cooling. The maintenance man came up and tried to fix it, but it still wouldn't cool. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she gladly gave us another room. The second room was nice and cool and clean like the first one. It was a great experience. All employees were accommodating and very nice including the housekeepers, maintenance, bartenders and breakfast crew. We will definitely come back when we come to Dallas and highly recommend anyone...

「This property is an apartment complex with some rooms that are offered as hotel rooms. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, although I did not have any issues. I was on the first floor and both my patio door and bedroom window were unlocked when I checked in, which was a bit unnerving. The check in instructions are detailed and had pictures but were also a bit lengthy. The room was clean. 」

「We had the absolute best trip to Dallas for the eclipse & staying here was there cherry on top! The space was awesome with absolutely everything you could need. 「We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was 20 mins from six flags and in a nice area with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly want from bathroom to kitchen. The keurig coffee pod and tea bag selection was extensive along with a range of creamers. We all loved playing in the games room and would have enjoyed the pool too if it was the summer.」

「Traveled here with my husband and in-laws so we wanted to a home option versus a hotel so we could share a space and be together. Home was perfectly sized for us and rooms/beds were very comfortable. We stayed here to tour the stockyards and found it is just too far to walk so plan to use Uber or Lyft if you don’t have a car. Yes, you COULD walk it but it’s not a straight shot and would take at least 20 minutes. Our weather was not the best for that option as there was a chance of rain most days...
