Bonito lugar, nos recibieron muy bien a pesar de ser algo tarde. Lo único que no me gustó es que el baño es compartido, pero tienes lavabo en la habitación. Todos muy amables y nos prepararon huevito para complementar el buffet disponible 🤗

Just a few minutes away from the hvitserkur, perfect to see it first thing in the morning. The breakfast was really good, try the waffles! The staff was sweet and accomodating (we arrive in the middle of the night due to a snow storm, they left the key for us at the reception) Bonus point for the cute islandic blanket over the bed, keeping us really warm, even with the snow storm outside ^-^

Really close to the Hvitserkur, you can wake up, take a coffee and a waffle and go visit. The staff was super nice and welcoming!

Overnattingsstedet ligger litt utenfor de vanlige transportaksene. Minner litt om et internat/leirskole. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Spennende omgivelser.

Some of the descriptions were a little misleading. There is NO restaurant on site except for breakfast. And when they say there are other restaurants in town they mean 20 to 30 kilometers away. If we'd known that we could have planned better and would have given a higher rating.

But please note that we are in no way stating to have a restaurant at the property, in contrary, we write both on our website and in our check-in notification e-mail, that we do not have a restaurant at our property. Due to our remote setting in the countryside all restaurants are 16-30 km away, which is why we inform all guests beforehands that we do not serve dinner, but they are welcome to bring their own food and make usage of our fridge, microwave, water boiler and dishes in the check-in notification. We are very sorry if you have missed this message, please inform us if the message was not recieved at all so we can find a solution.We hope you had a pleasant stay with us otherwise and enjoyed Iceland.Best regards,Hótel Hvítserkur.

It's a good place to be isolated. Maybe in winter will be ideal to see the northern lights. The road to get there is not paved, so it takes longer than the calculated route. Showers and toilets are shared. Includes complimentary breakfast

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber lecker und ausreichend. Eingerichtet waren die Zimmer eher einfach, das Bett war aber sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt.
