Perfect family villa

This property was perfect for our family to enjoy Hyams Beach for a little getaway. The rooms and layout are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the location is simply the best!. We will definitely be back to enjoy this villa again.

Great location, comfortable beach house

50m walk from Hyams beach. 5 min walk to a great cafe for coffee. Private, comfortable accommodation. Great Wifi, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen. Just what we needed for our week long stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. Also, only 15 min drive to Booderee National Park which is fabulous. Look forward to returning again soon.

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed 4 days and had a great time! Excellent location for beautiful & clean Hyams Beach (2 minutes walk). Short walk to Jervis bay National Park trails & local cafe shop. About 10mins drive to Vincentia for supermarket.Nice layout, clean (including bedsheets & towels) & comfortable. Nice mature shared garden at the rear (5 units, ours was 1st property). Lots of birds. Kitchen is very well equipped albeit a little dated. All electrical goods are in good working condition. Decent internet/wifi. Outdoor furniture could have been cleaner, cobwebs on leg of outdoor table. Shared bathroom wash basin cold tap a bit leaky.Wheelchair access possible via side gate & rear entrance.
