Amazing sunsets from this pond front home!
Relax on the new waterfront patio with a fire pit!

This centrally located Hyannis home offers 3 bedrooms and two baths. It features an open floor plan perfect for entertainment while enjoying beautiful views of the pond. The contemporary feel of kitchen /great room offers room for gathering with dining, flat screen TV, and pond views! The oversized family room has wood floors, a fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and is surrounded by water views and sunsets. The family room can also be used as a 4th sleeping room with a queen sleeping sofa by closing the French doors and using the sofa pullout. Property has been recently upgraded with new carpets, paint, appliances, kitchen, furnace, and more. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and rolling lawn to the water.

This natural setting offers great birdlife. Bring your Binoculars!. Bring your Kayaks(or use ours at your own risk) and bikes,not a swimming pond! The location is minutes to downtown Hyannis, shops, restaurants and galleries Short drive to Craigville Beach , Keyes Beach and Talmud beach!

Great for families

What a great house for family vacation. Conveniently located to literally everything…8 min drive to beach, ferry, main st where there’s shopping and dining, grocery stores, and cape cod mall. The house was equipped which everything you could possibly need. We did bring a mini kureig for coffee. My son did some fishing on the pond, he said it was great. We loved having coffee on the deck every morning, such a great view of the pond, we liked watching the swans. We will definitely be back!

Move in condition…Grille was great for a night’s dinner…Lake was gorgeous and the kayaks were well used. If you’re ever looking to spend more money, add a two-person kayak or two. Will look to rent it again without hesitation.

Fantastic!

As soon as we walked in the door we could tell the owners really care about their guests. From the fresh flowers to the lovely decor, everything was beautiful and welcoming. The home is immaculate and has all the amenities you could ever want. The owner, Yvrose, made a point of contacting us the day we arrived just to make sure all was well. The location on Fawcet Pond is so private and relaxing you won’t want to leave. If you do leave, it’s a very short walk or drive to downtown Hyannis and to various beaches including our favorite, Kalmus Beach. We have rented many other places in the Hyannis area over the years and this home is a gem. We really hope to return!

Perfect on a pond on the Cape!

My family of 6 at times and at other times just the two of us. For a total of 4 weeks. It has three good bedrooms, two full baths and it fit all six easily. Kitchen and house had everything we needed with gorgeous view of the pond with a great deck and table with umbrella for 8. Owner was helpful and easy to contact. Hyannis is s cute town, lots to do.

Great Cape Vacation

Our family enjoyed our time at beach haven cottage. Property was very clean, nicely decorated and plenty of space for our family. Very close to beaches, ferry, shopping and restaurants. The beach pass was a great amenity and could be used at several different beaches. The owner responded very quickly to any questions. Would definitely return for another stay.

Very cozy and private home and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, and comfortable. The deck was great for enjoying the pond. The bedrooms were small but manageable. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional. As for value, we've never rented on the Cape so not sure how the cost measured vs others.

Beautiful house and location

This was a perfect place for our group. The house is beautiful, fully equipped, comfortable beds and plenty of space to hang out. The deck, grill and fire pit were perfect. We were able to experience the charm of the house and pond while also having easy and close access to Hyannis and days on the lower cape aa well. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.
