The living and dining area serves as the heart of the space, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a kitchen corner, and a flat screen television. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom offers a more flexible sleeping arrangement, featuring 1 bunk bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length alongside 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchen and living area are combined into a single functional space fitted with an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment also benefits from a 20 m2 terrace with both a north facing and west facing position, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a partial view of the sea.
