A large swimming pool for residents of the complex is available from May 1 through September 30. Take a break and relax in this spacious 65-square-meter apartment. The conditions are ideal, with two beautiful terraces, an unobstructed view with no overlooking buildings, a prime location, air conditioning, secure parking, and, last but not least, a swimming pool at your disposal to cool off. Located on the top floor, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the region and the Mediterranean climate. The harbour, shops, and market are just a 2-minute walk away. You’ll also be right next to the ferry terminal, making it easy to visit the magnificent Îles d’Or. To enjoy the most beautiful beaches near the apartment, go watch the flamingos at sunset, have fun at Magic World, go out to a restaurant, or just explore—all without taking the car. WITHOUT taking the CAR A welcome kit will help you get your stay off to a good start (toilet paper, coffee pods, a sponge, etc.). We’ve made sure you have all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay and feel right at home—even though you’re far from home. During your stay, I’m here to offer advice or answer any questions you may have. You’re here to enjoy yourself, and that’s what matters most. You have access to every part of the apartment, including the two terraces and the large balcony. Only one storage room is off-limits, as we use it to restock supplies between rentals. To that end, I’m available and can be reached by phone or message to help with your arrival and departure or to answer any questions you may have during your stay. If the situation calls for it, I can also come by in person to speak with you or answer any questions you may have. You can easily get around on foot—all amenities, beaches, shops, and stores are nearby. You can also get around by bike—bike paths run right past the residence—or, for the more adventurous, by stand-up paddleboard to reach La Badine Beach, for example. The apartment comes with a secure parking space, and there are free public car parks nearby.
