Fantastic house with a fantastic view

A big thanks to Paul and his sweet wife for a wonderful stay in their lovely house in Hyères. We had a super holiday in a house which had everything you need for at good holiday (a fantastic view, good beds etc.) Reality beats the pictures so you can safely book this house. This is not the last time we have visited this part of Provence.

Die Villa liegt toll, aber man muss ca 2,5 kilometer den Berg rauf fahren, d.h. man braucht immer das Auto. Dazu sollte man wissen: sie liegt in einem geschützen Wohnbereich. Die Lage ist sehr schön und der Blick gigantisch. Der Whirlpool war super warm und einfach toll. Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber, es gab z.B. total verschmutzte Töpfe, die Schränke innen nicht wirklich geputzt...Und der Service war sehr schlecht:bei Rückfragen hat es bis zu 2 Tagen gedauert, bis mal eine Reaktion kam. Echt sehr ärgerlich. Wir hätten uns einen Sonnenschirm gewünscht- der war wohl kaputt, wurde aber nicht ersetzt. Und das Haus innen ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten ist aber wirklich sehr schön. Alles in allem trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir hatten hier so schöne Ferien mit der ganzen Familie (5 Personen). Das Haus bietet viel Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten und auch genug Rückzugsraum. Die Lage ist genial und die Aussicht unfassbar toll. Wetter hat auch gepasst;-)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Haus von Familie Castagna. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist wirklich traumhaft, man kann sogar beim Duschen, Zähne putzen und Kochen das Meer sehen! Als wir ankamen, standen die Oleander und Bougainvillea des Gartens in toller Blüte.Von außen eher unscheinbar, ist man über die Größe des Hauses überrascht. Es sind drei Etagen, oben ist ein Doppelzimmer und ein tolles Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Meerblick, in der Mitte das Wohnzimmer, Küche und eine 3. Toilette und unten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem ausklappbaren Doppelstockbett, ein Doppelzimmer und noch einmal ein Bad mit Dusche.In der Küche gibt es einen Ceranherd, Mikrowelle und alles, was man braucht! Die Couches und Betten sind bequem. Neben dem Meerblick ist der Swim Spa ein tolles Highlight - man sitzt im Whirlpool und genießt die Aussicht. Außerdem kann man ihn abends beleuchten, allerding kamen im Juli des nachts draußen doch ein paar Mücken.Per Schlüsselkasten kamen wir ins Objekt und durften es aufgrund der morgendlichen Abreise auch so wieder verlassen.Die Gegend ist ruhig, keine nervigen Nachbarn und auch die kommenden und abfliegenden (kleinen) Flugzeuge beeinträchtigen den Erholungswert des Hauses nicht.Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen, um einen Urlaub in Hyeres und seinen wunderbaren Stränden (vor allem die unterschiedlichen auf Giens sind empfehlenswert) zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an Emilie und an Paul, die per Email/ Tel. erreichbar waren

Stupendo soggiorno a Hyères

La casa è stupenda ed accessoriata sotto ogni punto di vista. Molto bella anche la piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio. Ideale per famiglie con bambini in quanto la piscina può essere chiusa. Il locatore è stato molto disponibile e reattivo nelle risposte alle nostre domande.

Wohlfühloase mit herrlichem Panorama

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der charmanten und bestens ausgestatteten Villa mit viel Atmosphäre wohl gefühlt. Die Lage, der Blick aufs Meer und die Halbinsel Giens sind einfach etwas ganz Besonderes und bieten unvergessliche Eindrücke. Paul und Josette sind herzliche, sympathische, aufmerksame und dennoch diskrete Gastgeber. Bei technischen Fragen haben sie sich sofort um Abhilfe gekümmert. Tolles Haus mit "Million Dollar view"

Es war ein grandioser Urlaub. Das Objekt ist deutlich großzügiger als es auf dem Foto den Anschein macht. Es gibt eine Eingangs und 1 Schlafzimer plus Bad Etage, eine Wohnetage und eine untere Etage mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Also ideal für den Urlaub mit Freunden oder mehreren Kindern. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt und vor allem wirkt es bewohnt und nicht wie eine schwedische Möbelausstellung. Einziger, für uns nicht relevanter Nachteil, ist die abgelegene Lage auf einem Berg, die es nötig macht immer das Auto zu bemühen. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urtlaub!

Séjour inoubliable !

La maison est conforme à la description avec des baies vitrées donnant sur une vue à couper le souffle. Une terrasse très agréable avec le Spa, une décoration et un mobilier de goût ainsi que des éléments de cuisine de qualité. On se sent comme chez soi dès le premier instant. La maison offre aussi l'avantage de pouvoir séparer la partie nuit des ados et celle des parents car elle se divise en 3 niveaux. Les propriétaires étaient absents mais nous avons été accueillis par une adorable amie à eux qui a été à la fois présente et discrète. Bref, 2 semaines de pur bonheur, d'autant que la région est tout simplement magnifique.

Un moment exceptionnel

Le plus grand reproche que l'on peut faire, c'est qu'une fois les valises posées on n'a plus envie de quitter ce nid douillet pour découvrir les environs. Nous avons dû faire un grand effort à chaque fois. Un grand merci à Emilie pour son accueil.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette villa où rien ne manque. Se lever, manger, faire du sport face à la mer était vraiment un plaisir indéfinissable. Le SPA de nage nous a permis de bien nous rafraîchir par ces journées de grosses chaleurs. Pour terminer, nous tenions à remercier Émilie pour sa gentillesse, son sourire, et sa disponibilité. Dommage que nous n'ayons pris qu'une semaine.

Impression mitigée et annonce incorrecte.

Jolie villa avec une superbe vue sur la mer et bien équipée. Divers problèmes ont malheureusement terni notre séjour. La piscine/spa était vide lors de notre arrivée et aprés quelques contacts téléphoniques à nos frais (tarif pays étranger et je n'utilise pas volontier le tel. portable en vacance) la fuite fut réparée le lendemain tout de même mais personne n'est venu entretenir la piscine durant nos 2 semaines de séjour (1 personne est censée passer 1 fois par semaine). J'ai controlé donc moi meme le PH de l'eau, rajouté le galet de chlore et aspiré le fond de la piscine. Le barbecue sur la photo est condamné, il y a donc un petit grill d'apoint à gaz (rien à voir avec un vrai barbecue) dommage car le barbecue était pour moi un critère important pour le choix de la location. Lors de la première utilisation du lave vaiselle, l'eau s'est déversé sur le sol de la cuisine ( tuyau d'évacuation pas emboité!) donc 30 à 45mn pour tout éponger... La cuisine était constamment envahie par les fourmis. L'annonce mentionne proche commodités et commerces mais le premier magasin se trouve facilement à 10 bonnes minutes en voiture (vous n'irai pas chercher votre baguette ou vos croissants à pied!). Après avoir contacté les propriétaires et fait savoir notre mécontentement, j'espérais au minimum que le ménage soit grasieusement offert (facturé 120 € en option) mais ce ne fut pas le cas... Pour 2400€ les deux semaines de location, j'estime qu'il y avait beaucoup trop de points négatifs. Peut trouver mieux pour moins cher sur Hyères.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette spacieuse villa où nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et du SPA, de la vue magnifique sur la mer et du très beau temps d'arrière saison. Nous n'avons vraiment manqué de rien. Encore merci à Emilie pour sa gentillesse.

Très agréable location, maison bien conçue pour des familles nombreuses avec des adolescents ; Et pouvoir ainsi goûter aux joies partagées tout en profitant d"une indépendance. L'équipement de la villa à souhait qui inspire même à se sentir "comme chez soi", une terrasse bien exposée avec une très belle vue .... et un SPA pour une détente assurée. Un petit coin de Paradis

Il n'y a rien de trompeur dans les photos affichées. Tout est bien réel, que ce soit la qualité de la location, l'accueil des propriétaires ou de cette magnifique vue a faire saliver les photographes et briller les yeux.... Le grand spa chauffé à 30 degrés vient s'ajouter à la longue liste d'éléments ultra positifs de cette location. Tout est fait pour le repos des esprits et se trouve aussi engageant pour une petite fête entre amis... Nous avons 5 étoiles parce qu'il n'y en avait pas plus..... Quelle vue ! depuis cette belle maison.

Propriétaires accueillants. Maison idéale pour famille nombreuse ou entre amis. Spacieuse, lumineuse et bien équipée. Mais le meilleur c 'est la vue sur la baie et le spa pour encore plus de détente. L'annonce correspond tout à fait au lieu. Très bon séjour.

Tout simplement Magnifique

Maison magnifique avec tout le confort dans une région au climat exceptionnel avec une vue de carte postale, d'une criante vérité du lever du soleil au coucher du soleil. Le prix plus qu'intéressant pour une demeure de ce standing avec tout à disposition. Cerise sur le gâteau l'accueil charmant des hôtes de la maison. Le seul regret...le Départ.
