“I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. The hotel's convenient location, excellent service, and serene ambiance made for a memorable stay. However, I did come across a minor issue with mould near the shower area, which slightly dampened my experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. “Wonderful location and dining experience. The odd niggle including issue with elderly mothers room, requested walk in shower but on arrival given a room with bath. It was quickly sorted however. The room was fine for one night but the sash window was faulty and wouldn’t stay open. Overall highly recommended ”

“The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but……
