「The amenities, the staff and the general manager Rita Njokede made our stay memorable and pleasant. We initially had a room with a nice view of ibadan but there was some noise from the street and we were kindly upgraded to the presidential suite on a different floor without any complaints from us. My husband and I will highly recommend and be back soon.」

「Some major renovation was happening at the hotel. I would have expected that it is closed to customers during this time. Kitchen did not have supply for most of the meals on their menu. Staff were friendly and available to support but it was clear that most of the issues I had with the hotel was beyond the staff but management issues. 」

「The booking i made thru hotel.com was not found. I paid for 2 nights. I had to pay afresh and reduced my stay to one night. Ive written hotels.com for refund. i see that i have been addressed by someone else's name. Please correct that in your system. Otherwise the hotel was generally ok. But i was charged way way above the hotel rates as well. Please resolve this. Booking ref is 72072309167578. The card is in my name. And so also is the booking. Please look into this unique case」

「I had a terrible time, the receptionist, precious did not know about my booking, I was given a room of #8,000. It was really terrible. I’m fast they did not want to give me any room. Not Expedia’s fault. It’s the hotel management and their system. 」
