「The Hotel is in very poor condition, no water pressure in the showers, towels they have used since they opened, restaurant area very poor (I never ate there) and the Wifi was not an acceptable standard for a business hotel. This hotel is overpriced for what you get. 」

「Some major renovation was happening at the hotel. I would have expected that it is closed to customers during this time. Kitchen did not have supply for most of the meals on their menu. Staff were friendly and available to support but it was clear that most of the issues I had with the hotel was beyond the staff but management issues. 」

「The Hotel is busy. The location is near to most places and is safe and secured. Check in was good but the room did not have fresh linen as it was not replaced. The door needs fixing and the lights had to be replaced. The air conditioning was not cooling. Apart from one or two members of staff and the manager who appeared helpful at breakfast the rest of the staff appeared bored and non challant.
