"Name of the hotel was not what is in hotels.com website.. no one was there to receive us at night.. only dogs were there.. had to call the owner and cancel the booking.. not sure whether they have cancelled my booking.. terrible experience at night.. pls ensure to cancel the booking and refund if payment has already realized.."

"The property is in the lap of nature surrounded by fruiting plants and peacocks. It's an excellent getaway from the hustle of fast-paced city life. "The Fortress Balumgala is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. However, it could be better maintained and managed. Under no circumstances should the guest be charged double the price for dinner because he arrived on a public holiday."
