"3回目の宿泊です！今回は宿泊だけでなく、食事やサウナも楽しみに訪れました。サウナは事前予約必要とのことです。今回は観光というよりかは、宿やその周辺でゆっくり過ごすこと自体を目的。七ツ家で食事を通じて磐梯を感じて、特に特製の塩麹からあげが美味しかったです。あと、サウナでくつろいだりと、自分たちのペースで充実した時間を過ごせました。オーナーは色々地域の観光や情報を知ることもでき、宿泊前よりも磐梯・会津に興味が湧きました。地域とのつながりもできたことも魅力だと思います。次回も連泊して冬の滞在を楽しむ予定です！"

"コテージはとても素敵でした。お部屋は広々としていて、畳の部屋も心地よく、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。小鳥のさえずりが聞こえる静かな環境も最高です。虫を心配していましたが、特に問題ありませんでした。ただ一点、非常に残念だったことがあります。チェックイン時に、1泊あたり3,300円の暖房費を別途請求されました。正直なところ、この金額は少し高すぎると感じます。もしExpediaの予約画面に事前に記載されていれば納得できましたが、現地で突然支払う形だったため、あまり良い気分ではありませんでした。予約時の料金に含めるか、事前に明記してほしかったです。"

"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "バイクでの旅で利用させて頂きました。到着するなり案内係の方が親切に丁寧な対応をしていただけました。特にバイクだったので屋根付きの駐車場への案内は感動しました。(場所まで誘導していただきありがとうございました。) お部屋は壁が薄いのか隣のお部屋の声かテレビの音声が若干聞こえますが気にならない程度。窓からの景色は特に絶景というものはないがそれには理由がありました。(館内の温泉に入ればわかります。) 温泉は今まで数多くの温泉に入ってきましたがこちらは記憶に残るいい温泉でした。周辺は旅館やお土産店などが数軒の小さな温泉郷ですが食事前にちょっと散歩するぐらいでいい感じでした。仏足岩、湯の神様の神社、共同温泉、足湯、ホタルの里なる小川などがあります。食事がなんとも美味しく、夕食、朝食とも地の物や温泉しゃぶしゃぶなど心を揺さぶられる楽しい食事でした。また接客もお客様を大切にするホスピタリティが溢れる気持ちのいい距離感のサービスでした。米沢の広大な田圃道を走りたくなったらまた立ち寄ります。"

"Staff were excellent. Very friendly and were excited to promote Aizuwakamatsu and the Fukushima mascot, Akabeko. Helped me by moving me to a non-smoking room after I had mistakenly booked a smoking room. Breakfast was okay, and free. Parking is on-site via a mechanical tower. One elevator for 11 floors - the elevator is often crowded, with a queue sometimes. My only problem was that the rooms are not soundproofed, the other guests on my floor were extremely noisy and could be heard through the walls and shouting in the corridoor."

"We stayed in a Japanese-style room with a city view, and the view from the 12th floor was amazing. We arrived before 3:00 p.m., and our room was ready within five minutes. However, we noticed a large dust ball on the floor, which concerned us slightly since we slept directly on the floor for two nights. The hotel is located on a hillside, and the restaurant only operates during breakfast and dinner hours. Fortunately, the breakfast and dinner buffets made our stay easier and allowed us more time to enjoy the Onsen. The hotel provides shuttle service to sightseeing locations, where guests can take taxis or loop buses. Due to rainy weather, we explored less but enjoyed walking 15 minutes to a local ramen shop run by an elderly Japanese couple. The hotel provides local goodies in the room that can be purchased at the hotel shop. I recommend buying them there, as some items are hard to find elsewhere. An elderly Japanese lady also sells fresh peaches in the lobby each morning. They were sweeter and cheaper than the peaches at Sendai Morning Market. The hotel does not have laundry facilities, but it offers a great chance to experience local Japanese culture. The Onsen experience was memorable, especially watching the moon at night and enjoying green mountain views during the day."

"Overall pretty good resort that is unfortunately showing its age. Our room was rather small for a family style room (comparatively to other ryokans we stayed at for a similar price point) but very clean. Beautiful location but very remote if you don’t have a car. Shuttles to and from Inawashiro station made it easy to take day trips to other areas. Most of the resort’s amenities were also not open during our stay too. The resort supposedly has multiple restaurants but only two were open while we were there. The outdoor onsen is quite nice as well."

"This was a nice hotel located very close to aizuwakamatsu station. It was dated- the bathroom was clean, but had a kind of old smell. The air conditioning didn’t work well, but it was cool enough to open the window. There were no laundry facilities, but there was a coin laundry pretty close by. We were given drink vouchers for each night’s stay but we didn’t use them because we felt underdressed for the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful- we transferred luggage and they were very helpful with that. Close to a 7-eleven and restaurants were nearby. Overall a nice stay and would stay again if going to the Aizu area."
