Staff was very nice. Cleanliness was just Ok. No elevator to 2nd floor. Reserved a 2 queen bed room. No bottom sheet on one of the beds. When I went to front desk my options were 1….they could give me a sheet to put on myself or 2….move to a new room. So we moved to a new room on the 2nd floor. That is when I found out we had to carry our luggage up stairs. No elevator.

We had a very quiet and pleasant stay at Microtel Inn in Broken Bow. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful environment—perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel or exploring the area. The staff were courteous and accommodating, making check-in and check-out easy and hassle-free.Our room was simple yet comfortable, with everything we needed for a restful night. We especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was—no hallway noise or disturbances, just a calm, comfortable atmosphere. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, no-fuss stay that still delivers on comfort and convenience. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Broken Bow who wants a peaceful and pleasant place to rest.

The staff was great but there was some things that still needed to be taken care of. They were so great I wish I could give it a better rating. But there was mold in the bathroom as well as under the beds and cabinets were extremely dirty.

Smells dank and old, found out why…mold growing on the walls, walls are stained and horrible, outlets in the wrong places and falling out of the wall, bathtub drain has visible black mold in it with no stopper
