「The property needs some updating. Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property. No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine. We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running. Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed. 「Air conditioning didn't work. Internet didn't work. Woke up to bugs on the bed and all over the desk. Got another room for the next day. Air conditioning worked great, still no internet and still bugs. Nowhere near as many but 1 bug is too many. Nice lobby and pool don't do it for me if I have bugs in my room.」

「The main staff/manager Jesos is a man with many hats 1) he checked us in 2)he showed us in to breakfast , made our tea/coffee every day, showed us where everything was 3) sorted us out with a new key card when ours stopped working 4) helped my husband with technical issues on his ipad twice 5) checked us out Basically he was on hand throughout our 3 night stay, he is very welcoming, friendly, helpful We look forward to returning to tbe hotel later in tbe year The housekeeping was brilliant,...

「Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature.」

「Room was clean. Furniture a little worn out but in useable condition. Beds a little hard but clean. Bathroom was clean but mold seen as ventilation is poor. Bathtub height approx 18 inches so may be difficult for some to enter and exit. Lots of hot water. Cooling to room is through central A/C and stays warm no matter how low you set thermostat. Cafeteria is good for evening dinner. Restaurant buffet was cold but ok priced a little high but convenient.」
