"The room we stay was needed a change due to basin and bathroom water choked. But the staff was kind to replace our room on second night. It was a chaos but a change of room is necessary in order to bath."

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. We needed quite a bit of help with luggage and taxis and the staff was extremely patient and helpful especially Saito who helped us arrange and re-arrange logistics. So glad we stayed here. Great facilities, even more amazing staff!"
