「The room
Was great, all new and very comfortable bed. Place is spotless and in a great location in Treviso, the staff was very helpful and a very easy check in. If you want to be right in the center of town in a new room with great amenities it’s the perfect stay. I highly recommend this place and wish we had more than one day there.」

「very clean, great location, and i was at first upset that there was no window...but surprise,,,it had a giant sunroof that opened up! will return esp because of the staff. Staff went out of her way to assist in an emergency.」Rosa

「预定的时候说我会得到一瓶红酒，但实际上并没有。酒店比较老旧，店内很多插孔无法适用欧标的插头」

「Overall it was an okay stay. The hotel reception and relaxing area are spacious and the decoration is lovely. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful!
The bedroom was slightly outdated but fairly comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well for the first 2 nights but then wouldn’t work at all for the third night which was a shame. They provide tea/coffee and a kettle but no milk and the cups are made of paper which become too hot to hold after putting any hot water...

「the front desk staff is lovely and the hotel is great, it is old and you can tell. very secure parking. breakfast is below average quality food and gets taken away promptly. the location is great. our air conditioner didnt work, so we had to put the windows open, which in turn, we ended up with a lot of mosquito bites that were quite uncomfortable. bed was not that comfortable. but for location, really good, and front desk staff, very pleasant. easy check in & easy check out.」Kaleigh

「This is such a charming place to stay. I loved it! It’s located off of a small street, so it’s very quiet. There are plenty of places to eat within a short distance. I’d stay here again.」Dennis

「The accommodation was a bit difficult to find and access; advance warning when booking would be useful. We also found the breakfast a bit meagre. However, otherwise this was a truly exceptional place to stay: a clean, spacious and gorgeous room in a beautifully renovated historic palazzo, with many exquisite extra touches. The quiet location is near to many restaurants and convenient for visiting Treviso on foot. Absolutely to be recommended.」
