「渡假村的環境規劃很不錯，我們當日沒特別計畫時，會帶著手機在渡假村內各角落閒晃拍照，或是玩附設的水上設施，然後慵懶地躺在沙灘躺椅上。服務員都很熱情且親切，當我們提出需求時能很快被滿足，甚至我們因班機時間的關係提早到達，也協助我們盡快入住，並由會說中文的人員為我們介紹環境。渡假村有自己的專屬app，上面會列出最近將要舉辦的活動，成人或小孩都有，不用擔心在渡假村會無聊。早餐是buffet形式，選擇很多也都很好吃，但缺點是有時候蜜蜂會在身邊飛，有時會看到鳥站在沒蓋著布的麵包上。午餐的餐廳我們吃過4間都很推薦，但也都不便宜。」

「Great that it was adults only. All staff were polite and friendly throughout the resort. Service was excellent throughout our stay. Liked the fact the resort was very eco focused, for example no plastic bottles use, no plastic straws, etc. The whole resort was spotlessly clean, our room, the beach, the pool, the restaurants... A lovely place to stay.」

「3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. 」

「En dehors d un ecolodge très bien entretenu, l accueil est extraordinaire. Antoine le gérant des lieux et toute son équipe savent prendre soin de leur hôtes. 「We had a very pleasant stay at Lux Gran Baie. We stayed for a week at the resort and received an excellent service and careful attention from all staff both for room and food service. Breakfast had a variety of choices ranging from cold buffet, pastries and hot dishes carefully prepared by the chefs which also accommodated my boyfriend’s gluten intolerance. 「Accueil glacial et catastrophique, On nous conduit à la chambre Mégots dans le cendrier de la terrasse de la chambre. À l intérieur des gâteaux apéritifs sur le sol . La sale de bain les toilettes sont sale excréments et cheveux . Pas de serviettes non plus . Et le pire se font les draps du lit pas changé plein de taches , souillé, oils et cheveux à volonté, une horreur . Je redescends a la réception on nous change de chambre. Pas mieux . Le lendemain deux personnes d une soixantaine d années...
