"Enjoyed the apartment, which was very comfortable and the weather was marvellous. It is a pity that the welcome was by a lady who did not speak English as Portuguese is not a language well known. This lead to a complete misunderstanding of the structure of the block and we only sorted it out with the help of residents. "The house was large and spacious with more than enough space for our party of 6. The inside of the house was well maintained with nice furniture, TV, and pool table. It was in a very quiet neighborhood with small farms next door. Definitely need a car since there is nothing within walking distance. "Welcoming and friendly throughout, extremely clean everywhere, breakfast selection was fine, handy it had a bar, nice outdoor area to sit, again, very clean . Quiet comfortable room, slept very well"

"The staff at the hotel desk was great! Room was nice. We selected this hotel because after traveling we wanted a day of relaxation. The property showed a beautiful pool and spa. The person at the spa was not friendly. Also we could not use the pool because you have to reserve it in advance and it was full.. you have to make a reservation to use a pool? Don’t select this hotel if you want to use the pool or spa. Lesson learned."

"Staff were the best part of the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. We checked out very early before the breakfast time started, but the reception staff was kind to bring us coffee and muffins to me and my family. Overall the rooms need a refresh because it’s dated and old. It’s a convenient location as it’s 10 min walk to the train station and Aveiro town."

"This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel and , as with the other times, I have nothing but positive things to say. The property is in an absolutely perfect location - five minutes to the beach and a few minutes the other way to the river. It’s fairly quiet after dark but felt safe on my own, The check in was easy. I arrived early with the intention to leave my bags, but they were super helpful and checked if my room was ready - which it was. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a large bed and a good amount of storage. The shower was powerful and products such as shower gel and shampoo. There was a lovely balcony with chairs. There was great choice at breakfast in the lounge area. In the evening, it was also possible to buy drinks including alcohol to have my room (am sure you could also have it in the bar). All the staff I met were really friendly and helpful. They are on 24 hours a day so felt safe coming in late at night. I’ll definitely return next time I stay in Costa Nova and would recommend to others."
