「It was a great vacation for us. The location and size of the apartment is amazing. The only issue we had was with the bathrooms, it was super old and there was no fan or window to open so it would get wet from taking shower and no way to get rid of that mess. 「there was no real engagement with the property manager, which is why I have given this section a low rating. Communication with the owner and his wife however were excellent. The villa is very comfortable in a quiet location that really suited us. The owner and his wife, who were living next door, were lovely and nothing was any trouble for them. 「We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!」

「Die Villa ist einfach wunderschön. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf Zakynthos Stadt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und bietet eine super Erfrischung. 「This was a fantastic property, well-equipped, beautiful grounds and great communication with property manager. Great for families but it’s worth noting that the lower level bedrooms are not accessible without going outside and through a separately locked door. 「Everything about this place is perfect EXCEPT for the dogs on the adjoining farm that barked their heads off all night. I cannot blame the hotel for the dogs, but they must reconcile the situation somehow.. I strongly recommend some sort of white noise machine in the rooms to drown out the noise of the dogs They were perfectly quiet on the sun came up. You can tell the owners are really trying hard with this place, so I hope they find a good solution. 」
