“Property is well-maintained, and clean. All the amenities are there. Two of the beds are in a loft with a low ceiling - I couldn't stand up straight, and I'm only 5'7". The beds were way too soft and I ended up on the couch. The town square with nice shops and a movie theater are only a block away. Parking was easy. It is in an old building, so some creaky noises are expected. But there is a property above it, and every footstep, flush, and drip from above can be clearly heard. ”

“Overall it was a nice place except for one glaring exception. It’s decorated nicely and mostly clean and well maintained. We stayed on the second floor. The glaring exception was an HVAC system. It was shockingly loud. It sounded like a car that needed a new muffler. It woke us up numerous times at night. If it had been heating season I would have been concerned about a gas leak. I reported it immediately to the management, but they were dismissive. They suggested fiddling with the thermostat,……

“I am an advid traveler, and I enjoy all types of lodging accommodations. However, this property was not presented as described. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity. “Great space, huge bedrooms, televisions in living room and bedrooms, great space for four people. Historical charm and modern conveniences were everything we anticipated on our “Everything Lincoln” weekend. The location was perfect and very walkable. There were stairs but we were not having to navigate them all the time.”

“The Bressmer was lovely, and the perfect place to hold a small family reunion. The Rowland suite had everything we needed- enough space to spread out, a comfortable living room for card games and conversation, a dining room table with plenty of space for family meals. We walked to the Lincoln museum and the Dana-Thomas house, and other sites were a short drive away.”
