The house is set up for a relaxing holiday being fully pet friendly.

Fully equipped with all linen, towels (including beach towels), bathroom essentials, pantry provisions, Wifi and a gift basket. Even your pets are catered for too with bed, blankets, bowls, toys and treats.

The space
A two bedroom, two bathroom cottage with sleeping arrangements for 6 guests (4 Adults - 2 Children maximum Children are up to 14 years of age).
The master bedroom is equiped with a king size bed, seperate bathroom (with bath), and a pull out single bed ( child) and TV.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with it’s own bathroom.
Each bathroom is equipped with your requirements.
The lounge area has extensive seating and dog bed and a fold out single bed (child).
There are board games, books, Netflix, Stan and Prime.
Air conditioning in the lounge does the whole house with fans in both bedrooms.
The kitchen comes stocked with all your needs to help you enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The large entertaining deck over looks the garden and pool with BBQ, full gas stove, sink, dishwasher and bar fridge. Electric blinds for enclosing the verandah on those unusual inclement days.
The large yard is fully fenced with parking for boats and caravans and is fully pet secure. There is even a seperate secure smaller yard while gates are open.
Single lockup garage.
2 washing machines (human washer dryer & one for dog washing).
There is even a hydrobath and dog washing machine for your 4 legged family members.
Security cameras are installed at the front door and rear yard.
Just sit back and relax.

Other things to note
Pets are welcome inside and out. We ask if in the house they are house trained.
We ask that all pets are fully vaccinated or titre tested and on flea and tick protection.
To avoid cleaning cost we ask you minimise dog hair prior to departure (Vacuum is in the garage) and all pet waste is collected and placed in the blue bin provided.
Pet destruction fee according to damage.
There will be an additional $100 fee if the BBQ is not left clean.
No smoking indoors with ashtrays supplied on rear verandah.
Smoking inside the house will incur a $200 fee.
Moving furniture and not returning $100 fee
Extra cleaning fee $100 if the house is left with dirty dishes, mess etc.
