"Very smart and comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities inc washing machine with a fast setting. Lots of places to eat in the area but you cannot beat the little cafe just 20m away on the same side of the street for great tasting food and excellent value. "

"Old fashioned Japanese hotel, but clean environment. Free coffee on arrival and light breakfast was offered. Open air onsen was very nice Only issue was, there was no toilet inside the room which things a bit interesting at night when the human nature was calling. Otherwise lovely hotel with friendly staff"

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. "Old building and unclean shower The shower curtain smells like a sweaty T-shift Toilet flush tank is dripping and u can hear while u sleep. Breakfast had a curry, and it was tasteless Server wasn’t that friendly either"
