"這間精品酒店8月開幕，非常新淨，房間很大，整潔，免費泊車，晚餐是fine dining , 非常精緻的料理，講究而且新鮮的食材，餐廳有座柴火爐，有幾道菜是用柴火燒的，第一晚用餐花了三小時，非常美味，因為我哋入住兩天，我們試了日式早餐及西式早餐，都係非常之精緻美味，早餐都有用柴火燒嘅菜式，第二天的晚餐用了約兩小時，可能客人比較少，但食物及烹調質素仍然非常高，很滿意，有機會再入住。訂房沒有留意是男女混浴及要穿泳衣，所以沒有享受天台浴池，留待下次吧。"

"飯店很好，地點很好，服務也很好。環境乾淨整齊。晚餐自助餐雖然選擇不多，但內容精緻口味好。房間有按摩椅很貼心。 The hotel is wonderful, with a great location and excellent service. Everything is clean and tidy. Although the dinner buffet doesn't have a huge variety, the food is refined and delicious."

"酒店距離商店街不到10 分鐘的步程，位置在商店街中間TOTO 洗手間和郵局旁開的小路盡頭。 登記入住時要把鞋子放在酒店大堂附近的冇鎖 儲物櫃裏（或可以自提入房），儲物櫃有共用拖鞋可以自行取用。 登記入住的職員英文很不錯。酒店正門外也有單車可以租用。 房中有私人石盤風呂。自助晚餐和自助早餐都有自取魚生片和沙律吧。大部份本地人會選擇 火鍋 shabu shabu。整體食物質素很好。"

"From the moment we checked in, the staff provided a thorough orientation in fluent English. They personally escorted us to our room and gave a detailed introduction to the facilities. The room was spotless and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. What impressed us most was their exceptional personalized service. Due to our private itinerary, we needed to catch an early ferry at 6:40 AM. Although the hotel’s standard shuttle service starts at 7:00 AM, they specially arranged a private transfer at 6:20 AM to get us to the pier on time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If we visit Miyajima again, we will definitely choose this hotel to try out different room types."
