Our newly furnished apartment is located in a quiet location in the center of Barchfeld and is designed for 4 people. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and has a size of approx. 55m²
The apartment has a comfortably furnished living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Bed linen, tea towels, hand towels and bath towels are provided.
There is a free parking space and a lockable cellar room for your bicycles. There is a playground for children on the opposite side of the street.
Our village has several shopping facilities (bakery, EDEKA, Netto, beverage market), an ice cream parlor directly opposite and restaurants and hairdressers as well as a savings bank and a VR-BANK. Everything is within walking distance in a few minutes.
Barchfeld's central location makes it an ideal starting point. The Thuringian Forest and the Rhön are right on the doorstep, so to speak. Barchfeld is also connected to the Werratal long-distance cycle path. There are many beautiful hiking trails where you can enjoy a wonderful view.
There are several bathing lakes in the immediate vicinity (e.g. 2 lakes in Immelborn, one of which has a children's playground, Breitungen has a children's playground and a miniature golf course). You can take a canoe trip on the Werra, where there are so many exciting things to discover.
In the surrounding area, a fun park, a waterfall, a dwarf park, a sound adventure trail and a fairytale cave as well as a falconry and a small animal zoo promise lots of fun. In the surrounding towns of Schmalkalden, Meiningen, Bad Salzungen and Eisenach there are plenty of sights to see. These towns also have cinemas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a graduation house.
