Perfekter Aufenthalt

Unser Kurzurlaub mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Ferienhaus Ban Brösign bei Familie Waldhart war sehr schön.Die Ruhe und Natur ließen uns Abstand vom stressigen Alltag zu Hause nehmen. Das Ferienhaus hat viel Platz geboten, war sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Für die Kinder war der Garten und die im Keller vorhandene Spielhöhle eine willkommene Abwechslung zu den vielen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung! Das absolute Highlight waren 2 Ponys und ein Pferd mit senem kleinen Fohlen. Die Ponys durften gestriegelt und gefüttert werden was den Urlaubsspaß perfekt machte. Vielen Dank für die schöne und unvergessliche Zeit bei Euch! Liebe Grüße nach Tirol von der Famlie Hanauer

Gemütliches und heimeliges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral in der nähe von Skibus und auch den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die heimelige Arvenstube mit dem Kachelofen. Durch die ausserordentliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterfamilie fühlt man sich von Beginn weg sehr herzlich willkommen. Sehr zu empfehlendes Feriendomizil!

Wir waren zu 6 (4 Ewachsene 2 Kinder) und konnten das Haus ausgiebig geniessen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der grosse Keller ist super für die Kinder zum Spielen geeignet. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus für Familien, Kinder und Hunde

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, super toll ausgestattet und lässt an Wünschen nichts übrig, sowohl im Küchenbereich der für 3 Familien excellent ausgestattet ist, als auch die schöne Wohnstube mit Kachelofen bietet für alle bequemen Platz. Der geräumige Anbau für Sport und Spielhölle für die Kinder lässt richtig Gelegenheit um sich zu entspannen. Mit 3 Familien 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden fehlte es uns hier an nichts. Die Ausstattung auch für kleine Kinder vom Bettchen bis zur Wippe und Hochstuhl super. Die Zentrale Lage in den Ort zu den Supermärkten ideal und auch zum Gassi gehen direkt an den Wanderwegen gelegen,super entspannt. Bleibt nur noch die Vermieterfamilie für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft zu empfehlen. Sind von der ersten Minute bis zum abreisen immer ansprechbar und machen möglich was geht. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen, kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr sauberes und excellent eingerichtetes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Freundliche und hilfreiche Eigentümer. Besonders herforzuheben ist die Kindrespielhölle mit Tischtennisplatte. Die Zirbelstube ist einmalig.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser gepflegten Unterkunft. Das große Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Fitness- und Spielkeller ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders angenehm ist die freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterfamilie, die einem bei allen Fragen rund um das Ötztal gerne zur Verfügung steht.

Wonderful holiday destination for the whole family

We stayed with 5 adults and 2 toddlers over the Christmas holiday and were completely satisfied. The house is large enough to keep sleeping kids away from noisy adults (and vice versa the following morning) and both the sleeping rooms and living rooms are very comfortable. The town was charming by itself, but also close enough to skiing and Innsbruck activities to keep everyone happy. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were warm and happy (and stuffed with delicious homemade cookies). We would happily stay here again.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr gut und komfortabel ausgestattet - egal ob man im Sommer oder im Winter darin wohnt. Wir waren im Sommer dort mit 8 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind - und 2 Hunden. Es gibt einen eingezäunten Garten (unsere Hunde haben sich sehr gefreut :-)) mit Liegen und Spielgeräten für Kinder. Auf dem bereitgestellten Grill (wahlweise Holz oder Gas) konnten wir bei schönem Wetter draußen grillen und essen und bei Regen war die gemütliche Zirbenstube abends beliebter Treffpunkt für die ganze Familie. In der super ausgestatteten Küche fehlte es an nichts! Die Jugend hatte viel Spaß beim Tischtennis und im Fitnessraum. Den Supermarkt erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und für unsere Hunde begann der "Gassi-Weg" - der auch Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Wanderungen war - fast direkt beim Haus so dass wir das Auto kaum benötigten. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Kinderlieb und hundefreundlich sind sie obendrein. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!
