Expedia staff and hotel staff were great at resolving my issue. But please use caution at this property. The hotel is on the AIRSIDE of the airport and if you pass immigration, you can not go back. This was not well explained in the hotel description at time of booking. That's why 3 stars. I do appreciate the work from Expedia and hotel staff for a quick resolution.

いつも利用させて頂いてます。 乗り継ぐ人にとてもありがたいです。清潔さも整備も良かったです。 ただ、シャワーヘッドが壊れてるみたいで使いにくかった。この一点以外は全て良かったです。 ありがとうございます。

I booked this hotel thinking it was just in the airport where I could stay over, but you have to be on a layover in order to use this hotel. Once you pass through customs, you cannot go back in. Don't please book this hotel unless you're having a 24-hour layover. It is not a hotel to stay at. If you just want to be nearby, it's layover only. I lost my money because I only found out when I landed.

Very convenient stay for an overnight layover at the airport. IT is important to know which terminal you are flying into and out of because it is nearly impossible to change terminals. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful!
