Beautiful Condo with pretty views. Host was very informative and helpful. Loved the Western decor. Also appreciated an early check-in because it was available. Easy location to get to Mt. Rose to snow ski weather permitting.

Perfect location!

The perfect Incline Village home base for 3 couples going to the Shakespeare Festival in Sand Harbor, hiking the local trails and enjoying the beaches. Very comfortable condo.

Duplex in the mountains.

This house worked great for our gathering place for 6 adults in the mountains. The mattresses were very comfortable and the reclining theater sofa was a great asset for enjoying an evening movie. Value oriented property and location close drive to Incline town/lake. It worked for our group.

Decent place to stay

The upstairs room gets very warm. The front door is finicky so I highly suggest taking one of the provided keys to save yourself extreme frustration. The wifi was out the entire time we were there. Host explained it was out in the whole village. The bbq needs to be replaced. The handle is completely broken. The guest bathroom downstairs has broken tiles. I let the host know and was kinda surprised the housekeeper hadn't told the host. The appliances are all updated, there was a foot massger, the couches were very comfortable and the location was great for us and in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect retreat!

I don't think the photos do justice to how cozy and well maintained this property is. 10mins from Kings Beach, 7mins to sand harbor made life easy!The property was well stocked with kitchen utensils and condiments. Several extra linens/towels also helped in the beach visits. The only one thing for everyone to be aware of is that the house is spread across three floors with a small flight of stairs between them. So moving heavy luggage can be a concern.

Heating system, noisy; difficult to adjust temperature.

The furnace kept wanting to go on in the middle of the night; temperature setting too high. Was not able to figure out the thermostat. I need to figure out a way to disable it. The thermostat operation should be in the instruction book. It needs to be programmed properly.

Great location

The home was clean and in very close proximity to Diamond Peak which is why we chose to stay here. The only issue is that the downstairs bedrooms are too cold to sleep in despite the heat being on. The downstairs area doesn’t warm up unfortunately. So be prepared to wear lots of layers when sleeping downstairs. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Well furnished

Great cabin that is well furnished. The only thing to consider is the downstairs bedrooms are cold during the winter. Would stay there again!

Spacious condo. Great communication

We had three adults and three teens. The kids stayed downstairs while my wife and I stayed in the master suite upstairs. The condo was very spacious. We were only 30 minutes from skiing at Mt Rose. Communication with the owner was fabulous. We'd stay again in the future.

Family Vacation

My husband, adult children and two dogs stayed at this property. We decided that this home is well thought out. The entrance is steps away and level from the main parking spot. The home is clean and well-appointed. The house is located near the end of the cul-de-sac. It is located up against the golf course where we attended a wedding and one of our party played the course. I would strongly recommend this place and host.

To many stairs

You can’t get anywhere in this condo without climbing stairs. Bathrooms are very small. Kitchen isn’t very well stocked. Could be cleaner. At least the beds were comfortable. Location was nice.

Great weekend stay in Incline

Great little condo! As advertised and did not disappoint. Close to everything and plenty of parking. The owner even let us check in early as the house was open on check in day. Great communication all the way from check in through check out. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Okay, aber nicht für kleine Kinder

Das Haus war sehr dunkel (keine Straßenbeleuchtung, aber auch keine Nachtlichter). Wir hatten also entweder die Möglichkeit, bei hellem Deckenlicht zu schlafen oder im stockdunklen. Unsere Kinder hatten dabei Angst und deswegen haben wir Nachtlichter gekauft. Unheimlich fanden sie auch die sehr düsteren unheimlich Bilder im Keller. Wir wollten gerne draußen sitzen, aber auf dem Balkon gab es keine Möglichkeit zu sitzen (Keine Gartenmöbel), obwohl es einen Grill gab. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin der Ferienwohnung war recht schwierig. Das Einchecken funktionierte gut, aber dann hatten wir ein Problem und versuchten sie zu kontaktieren. Eine Antwort erhielten wir leider erst am Abend vor der Abreise, Und wir hörten dann, dass sie paar Tage mit ihren Kindern unterwegs gewesen war. Sie ist campen gegangen ohne Empfang, hatte uns aber auch niemand anderen als Ansprechpartner für die Zeit vor Ort genannt. Unser Problem hatte sich inzwischen schon erledigt. Da wir für vier Nächte 1500 $ bezahlt hatten, hätten wir mehr erwartet, vor allem, weil wir keinen anderen Ansprechpartner hatten. Einen Abend standen wir vor der Tür, und sie ließ sich mit dem Code nicht öffnen. Auch nach mehrmaligen Versuchen klappte es nicht. Wir machten uns schon Sorgen, ob wir mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern die Nacht im Hotel verbringen müssten (ohne Klamotten und so weiter), aber klappte es irgendwann doch und die Tür ging auf. Was für ein Schock.

Very conveniently located to our wedding venue at the Hyatt Regency

Comfortable house with great amenities.....reclining sofa, huge TVs in all rooms, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and lotion, a nice workable kitchen, ...even a foot massager! There were 5 of us and we never felt that we were living on top of each other.

Great location and a lot of space

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to where you want to go. A lot of space. No AC so the room upstairs is hot during the summer heat. Most units in Incline don't have AC so if you put that aside, it's a decent stay.
