I wish I could say positive things about this home and grand welcome We arrived to our door code not working after 5 different calls and 3 hours waiting to get into our rental we were finally able to get into our rental home, once we were in the home was at 55 degrees! We set the thermostats to 70 we’re freezing cold all night! When we woke up the house was at 60degrees at this point made the call and they came out and checked the heating system. They stated I’m so sorry the house could take 3 days to heat up with the heating system they have for the house. As we were checking out the house made it to 64! On top of that there’s mice droppings in the cabinets and on your dishes. I am still having a hard time swallowing I just spent over 2 grand to spend 3 nights in a cold house with mouse droppings on everything. Location of home was great!
