「Room was very spacious and clean. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. The location was just perfect too. The athletic club on the 12th floor was clean and easily accessible and the building was full of history! Highly recommend, will be coming back!」

「The location was excellent. Almost everything was within easy walking distance. The theater district is beautiful. The only thing I had an issue with is the lack of curtains in the bedroom. I find it hard to sleep with the bright light from the street lights shining into the room. We overall had a great time in Cleveland.」

「Our stay on new year's weekend was nearly perfect; the room was immaculate, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the location put us right in the heart of everything. However, the parking situation was a significant drawback, as the on-site options were extremely limited and local garages were quite expensive. No parking passes were available.」
