“Staff were friendly, check in was easy, breakfast was ample, gym was small, but efficient. Over stay was great. Would definitely stay again.”

“Worker was nice enough when I checked in, but that’s about the only good thing I can say about Tiki Lodge. There were homeless people screaming and waving knives at each other in the parking lot. The curtains had what appeared to be mold on them. Multiple lights did not work in my room. There was a large stain on the carpet. People yelling outside all night with frequent train noise. The sink was cracked and damaged. It appeared as though the door to my room had been damaged before, as if……

“Staff was awful gave us keys to our room. We went up to check out our room, we opened the door and went in and to everyones surprise there was people living in that room. So they gave us another room bùt no heat. So we went down to the front desk they said they sent someone to fix it. After two hours still no heàt Now it is almost midnight and is colder than hell in our room. Fed up we checked out and had to find another room somewhere in Spokane at midnight with basketball tournaments this……

“Pleasant staff, comfortable room, good location ”

“I paid for the brrakfast package, but the breakfast was sad. It only included grab and go items like cereal, bagels, and fruit. No eggs or anything hot. I like some fruit and protein in the morning, but had to go elsewhere to get any protein. Furthermore, the coffee was very watered down. The room was nice, but if you're looking forward to a place where you can eat in the morning and go. This is not the place for that.”

“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……
