This beautiful home is situated within the prestigious Indian Wells Country Club, behind 24/7 guarded gates and security patrols, ensuring your privacy and safety.

Experience luxury living in this elegant and comfortable home, on a stunning double lot with breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, a lush golf course, and a fountain oasis beyond.

The welcoming foyer opens to a beautifully appointed living room with high ceilings and a magnificent fireplace overlooking the saltwater pool, spa, and rose garden. Stepping away from the living room is the gracious formal dining area, featuring a crystal chandelier and an impressive full bar, which leads to the gourmet kitchen.

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped to cater to any occasion. It boasts a Sub-Zero refrigerator, double ovens, a counter-top ice maker, and much more. The large pantry contains the essentials, and the cabinets are stocked with fine tableware and linens.
Tucked next to the window is a charming breakfast nook and office area with expansive views that flow into the inviting family room. Here, you can relax while reading a book, watching the TV above the fireplace, or listening to music from the Sonos system, which has integrated speakers throughout the home.
From here, you can step out to the patio for outdoor entertaining, grilling, and swimming, while shaded from the sun by 75 feet of beautiful awnings. The evenings are especially wonderful with the gentle solar lighting and a fire pit that is essential for cozy chats and stargazing.

The bedroom suites include the finest bedding, full baths, spacious closets, smart TVs, and private landscaped patios.

The home is tailored to visitors who appreciate art and luxurious amenities. For your convenience, gardening, pool cleaning, and pest control services are included, and housekeeping is available on request. Four air conditioners/furnaces and a water purification system are there for your comfort. This home is perfect for those who enjoy the finer things in life.

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas Open) is only a 4-minute drive away or take a shuttle bus from the IW Resort Hotel. Also, nearby is The Indian Wells Golf Resort, which boasts two award-winning Troon 18-hole courses, and world-class shopping and dining on El Paseo Drive - the shopping mecca of the desert. Golf carts are available for rent, and a driver is available by appointment. Further details will be addressed once payment has been received.

Please note that a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is required, and (reflecting the energy costs), if the electricity and or gas bill exceeds $200 per month, the excess will be billed to your stay. Also, please submit pet information for the owner’s approval. Thank you.

Fabulous setting!

This beautiful home with a Southern exposure is situated on a double lot, overlooking the golf course and mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed this expansive backyard with the pool, spa, and fire pit. The inside offered beautiful views, with its large windows and high ceilings. Each bedroom has its own en suite. Susan, the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Caregivers for the home were also very kind and responsive to any needs. We would love to stay again. Michelle
