World Mark Indio
Check in was friendly and helpful. We showed up at 4 and our room was ready. To get your wristband key they send you over to the timeshare counter. The gentleman we got was friendly and I did not find him too pushy. I explained I would not sign up for anything until I saw the whole resort and room and we went on our way. Then we just did not answer the phone in the room when it rang so that ended time share for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is lacking things like measuring cups, etc, but had most everything we needed and more importantly, what they had was is good condition and matching. Most all rooms face a nice pond or pool. They do have a small lazy river. We were top floor building 6, end of January for 10 days and it was very quiet at the resort. Outside our building was the tennis/pickleball courts so if you are sensitive to that noise, you might want to avoid building 6-7. I was extremely disappointed that they charged for wifi. In this day and age, I think wifi should be expected and free at all resorts. We are on Rogers network from Canada and declined paying for wifi as we had to “roam like home” anyway, but we only received one bar of signal strength while at WordMark Indio resort so could not get work done. Condo is near a very cool 5 mile hike at Indio badlands trailhead. We found the location a little far away from nice restaurants etc. (20 minute drive). King bed was comfortable, Murphy bed very soft.

Very clean and low key. The grounds and facilities were very well kept and just a lovely resort. Will definitely stay here again whenever we are vacationing in the area.

Problems, but would consider staying here again.
Check in was great and staff was courteous. Room location was good, but noisy, being close to the stairs. The first couple days were problematic, but it got better. The room had a strong musty odor that would not go away. Tried opening all doors and airing it out, but did not work. Finally realized it was coming from the tub water spout. Maintenance personnel responded, removed the spout and bleached the inside of it. After 24 hours the odor was almost totally gone. Unfortunately, the kitchen sink was wobbly and loose too, but after a second call they were able to repair that as well. An unfixable problem was the showerhead. It had such a ridiculously low water flow that showers took forever because you couldn't get the soap off your body or out of your hair. My advice: bring a wrench and your own showerhead if you stay here. There were lots of crickets in the room, but they are harmless. The only other gripe was that, even though I booked this thinking it was a private home type of lodging, the front desk/concierge made a nuisance of themselves trying to get us to commit to a timeshare tour. They don't take no for an answer and call repeatedly. They are courteous, but pushy and it was a huge turn off for us. They will take your polite "no thanks," as a clue that you will cave if they just push a little more. What happened to no means no? By the third time they called, I was getting irritated. Other than that, the pool, room, location, amenities etc were pretty nice.

Fun Family Trip
We loved our time at this condo. We ventured out during the day to see Joshua Tree and ride the Palm Springs Tramway. It was a bit of a drive to those places but to be able to return to this place after a day of venturing was perfect vs some hotel room right off of the freeway. The listing is just general stock photos, but our condo turned out to be great. Things we enjoyed: Grills are everywhere, two pools, lazy river, arcade, on-site Starbucks (although a loose interpretation), easy parking, full kitchen, Murphy bed vs sleeper sofa. We would recommend this place for sure!

Wonderful casita and amazing host
My daughter and I were in town for a tennis tournament at Indian Wells. The casita was very inviting. Proximity to everything. Leslie and Bill thought of every detail to help their guests feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Indio February Experience
Online Process was pretty simple. We did have some issues with getting a response from the host Resort Share on the day the 2nd payment was due. Had to contact VRBO to get a response. Also didn’t receive an email receipt on the 2nd payment. At check in, We had issue with the resort trying to collect California occupancy taxes after we had paid everything due from VRBO. We Refused to pay any more taxes. This is something that should be worked out between VRBO and the Resort and not something we should have been involved with. The resort was very well maintained and housekeeping requests very timely. Pool and hot tub tennis court and Landscaping were great. . The room was nice, the tv’s could be larger, the couch was not comfortable. Being on the end we were next to storage unit and every morning at 7:00 maintenance woke us up. 🙁. The carts used by housekeeping during the day were a bit noisy. Suggest changing to soft rubber wheels. Plethora of golf courses and great restaurants and hiking nearby. Temps were in the 70’s and 80’s so we were very happy about that!! We would stay here again and recommend.

Amazing home base for lacrosse tournament!
We love this property. It is somewhat remote, but it is incredibly peaceful. We loved having a large condo style room. All the spaces were graciously sized, the kitchen was more than adequate, and the grounds are lovely. We used the communal grills two nights; which is far better than going out to eat every day. There are multiple pools, lots of paths for walking and large room patios. I would have expected this place to be a lot more expensive, but was surprised by great rates. If we return to the Indio area, we will very likely return to this resort. Thanks!

Nice, clean, safe comfortable property
We enjoyed our stay at this Worldmark location. Big rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, kitchen stocked with the essentials to allow us to cook our meals. The property was very clean, nice pools and hot tubs, a recreation center, tennis courts and 2 pickleball courts.

Check in was easy. Richard was very friendly, promoted the timeshare program and did not over push or make us uncomfortable. Thank you for that. The grounds were very clean. Pool was nice and water a good temperature, loved the lazy river. Food at the snack bar was good in a pinch. Our room was very well stocked and the bed was comfortable. GREAT JOB EVERYONE.

Condo was good but the property is loud.
Wasn’t the relaxing experience I thought it would be. We stayed at pool 2 on the third floor and the pool was a constant party. It was hard to just relax in the deck it was too loud. Noise from guests woke us up at night. I think this is a fun spot if your ok with that, just wasn’t for us. Condo was comfortable and well equipped.

We had a great time a this rental. It was as described, clean and functional. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The kitchen was not well stocked for major cooking, but fine for the basics. I had read some reviews about them pushing time shares, we never experienced this. I had also read about poor customer service, we also did not experience this. Reservations for the pool (due to Covid) were easy to make, when we needed extra towels they were dropped off in minutes. It is not close to many restaurants or shops, but this was not an issue for us. We would stay again.

Great stay for the price
The stay was exactly as advertised. We were looking for a quick getaway with a pool and the resort was great for that. Luckily we had 2 rooms so we were able to schedule more pool time but if we had only one room we definitely would not have been happy with just the 2 hours.

Amazing sunset view
Had a nice main floor unit with sunny patio looking onto a pond. Great place for birding - saw white egret, heron, and lots of ducks. Watched amazing sunsets from the patio. Unit was well designed. Loved having a kitchen - it was stocked with basics for cooking. Lots of parking. Golf course (two 18 holes) and restaurant with happy hour close by. Within driving distance of lots of other activities - hiking, golf, art museums, etc. A bit isolated though if you like being in a neighbourhood where you can walk to coffee shops, shops, etc. Overall great value.

Our go to every Jan lacrosse tournament.
We continue to stay at this property as it is not only great as a family getaway but also as a team getaway. The staff are all fantastic, it is clean, and the property has everything one would need. As for the person we dealt with booking the property I can't say enough. They checked in prior to see if we needed anything as well as offered themselves during the stay if something came up which nothing ever did. It was a great trip and we look forward to next years stay

The pool lounge chair situation is ridiculous
First, I would like to start off by saying that this is a beautiful resort. The grounds are perfectly manicured, there are more than enough barbecues, which are shined to perfection each day. The fitness facility is wonderful and there is even an onsite Starbucks and market. Upon arrival we were extremely happy. However, upon entering the pool area the very first day at 9 AM we soon realized that there were not enough lounge chairs. This happened day after day. People were literally getting in fights and throwing blows over in the lounge chair situation. When we complained to the front desk they said it was nothing they can do about it. Another staff member told me to “steal chairs and quote from other people “ this created a very hostile pool community and it was not relaxing. When the gate opens at 9 AM people rush the pool and save chairs with towel by the dozens. I cannot believe that the resort hasn’t dealt with this in the past. This problem definitely needs to be resolved.

Nice place to stay in Indio
We stayed 2 weeks at this resorts and we really enjoyed it. This is a large resort with very nice landscaping, pools, spas, tennis courts and plenty of parking spaces. Our 1 bedroom unit was located in building 6 on the 4th floor in probably the quietest area of the resort. There are barbecue stations close to every building and everywhere on the site (probably more than 100) and they are cleaned everyday by the maintenance staff. Our unit was nice, clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had nice views of the Terra Lago golf course and mountains on one side and the resort on the other side. On the downside, the resort is located away from the city center and other cities in the greater Palm Springs Area and there is not much within walking distance. There is a grocery store, restaurants and commercial center a 5 minute drive away. It also takes a 20-25 minute drive to Palm Desert and at least 30 minutes to Palm Springs. But I recommend it and will probably return.

A wonderfully relaxing place! Beautiful!
We were very impressed with this condo. We were in Bldg. 6, third floor. The condo is very spacious and the mattress on the murphy bed was awesome! Perfect for 4 adults! It is out east against the hills in Indio, yet close driving to everything nice about Palm Desert and La Quinta! Very serene and relaxing place. We were attended to quickly upon any request or question. There is a lot of available space for walking around the complex, and the golf course is right next door. Beautiful desert surroundings! We even had a balcony facing west for beautiful sunset viewing!
