Modern luxurious desert getaway is located in a beautiful Terra Lago Lake Community, attached to one of the best golf courses in the area. Right outside of the gates, Fantasy Springs casino is 2 lights away. In the plaza next to the community there is liquor store, restaurant, convenience store, Starbucks and much more. Many restaurants are 10-15 mins drive. CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:

Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

Terra Lago HOA Rules:



NO street parking after 6 pm, (Extra Parking available outside the main security gate)

NO commercial vehicles or Oversized Passenger Vehicles after 6 pm and not allow on Sunday All-day

NO RV or Truck RV conversion after 6 pm (can be parked in front of the security gate)

NO swimming or boating in the lake.

NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS

City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums, phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound amplifier or other similar machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited.

Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege.

The Golf Club at Terra Lago has been a top amenity even before the community began constructing houses! It was established in 1998 and played host to the PGA Tour Skins game from 1999 to 2002. The club’s challenging 36-hole course gently snakes through the Chocolate Mountain foothills. The elevation changes, stunning views, and undulating greens make for quite a riveting round of golf. The golf club also features two putting greens, a driving range, and a practice hole.

POOL|SPA:

Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)

Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.

Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.



GATE: Guests will need to kindly provide first and last names of adult guests in order to be able to go through the community gate. To kindly do so anytime up to 24 hours before.



PARKING:

We have 2 parking spots in the driveway. If you have additional car, you cannot park it anywhere on the street, please reach out to us in advance. You are able to park extra vehicles outside of the security gate, and drive your guests in. This home is fairly close to the gate, so it is walkable if parking outside of the security gate. HOA only issues extra 10 street permits a month/property and we have to order in advance to accommodate the extra vehicle. They are available only upon availability. HOA will fine all the vehicles parked on the street after 9.30pm. All parking fines will be billed to the guests, no exceptions. Please plan for 4 vehicles, larger vehicles parking in the driveway. We do not want any inconvenience to you and here to help you, please reach out if you have any questions.



CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.



EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out



FESTIVALS:

Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.



Outdoor Heater:

Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested.
